Northeast coast

Kouloura: One of the Corfu’s highlights. The unique and small harbour with fishing boats is set against a backdrop of cypress and pine trees. This curving natural harbour protects the small fishing boats of the local fishermen. There is a very old chapel of Ag. Nicolas, with a small bell tower. A lone taverna offers delicious seafood. It has a lovely feeling of exclusiveness, as there is no beach, the nearest is just a little further along at Houhoulio with a gargantuan eucalyptus shading the most part of the beach. Upon Kouloura’s cape, an old estate stands since the 11th century and now belongs to the Agnelli family. As it is neighbouring Kalami, it has an easily walking distance, approx. 15 min, even though there is a steep incline on return. Ideal for snorkelling, as there are rocky coves nearby.

Kaminaki: A beautiful small hamlet with a white pebble beach, engaged by lush vegetation and olive groves. Two small tavernas, one on the beach and one on the rocks and a mini market are the amenities in the resort. Kaminaki is an exquisite place for swimming and snorkelling. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag and it is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent. Water sports facilities are on offer. There are coastal paths leading to Krouzeri, Agni and Kalami.

Krouzeri: Another charming resort on the northeast coast of Corfu. Krouzeri is characterised by the exceptional natural beauty of its long pebbly beach and the colourful blooms and trees. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag, there are umbrellas and sun beds for rent, and the resort offers water sports facilities.
