Dimitris apartments are situated at the sea level, just 60 m from the Kalami beach. The property ideally accommodates families and couples of all ages, who wish to spend a memorable holiday. Built in the heart of Kalami the apartments offer a high standard of accommodation to the guests. The interior space of each apartment and studio is contemporary furnished with pale colours in the bedrooms and kitchens, comfortable rooms and spacious balconies.
A concrete path in a fairly steep incline, leads to the Frosso complex, at a distance of approximately 50m.
The Dimitris apartments’ guests are welcome to use the swimming pool located at Frosso Apartments. Situated in an exceptional location with beautiful surroundings of cypress and olive trees, the tiled swimming pool with its inviting crystal clear waters and abundance of sunshine, offers the perfect relaxation for your holiday. The paddling pool is ideally tailor-made for the children. The terrace is made of local stone and sun loungers and umbrellas are available.
The Elia Pool Bar is open in the morning with breakfast and delicious snacks, refreshments and drinks throughout the day.
The Dimitris apartments are in an ideal location within easily walking distance for the super markets, tavernas, and beach. There is a short gentle slope to entrance approx. 20m from the local main road. The beach is approximately 60m distance from the apartments, as is the nearest taverna and you can find the super market within 20m.
The reception of the apartments, located at Blue Bay Travel office, is on the ground floor in front of the building. The air-conditioned reception provides information and all the tourist services to enhance your holiday: boat hire, car and scooter hire, and a variety of excursions. There is a selection of books on offer, Internet and laundry service.

Cleaning
There is maid service three times per week.
Towels will be changed twice a week and linen will be changed once a week.
Extra changes are available upon request for an additional charge.

First floor Type A: Two two-bedroomed apartments on the first floor with balconies at the side and front of the building with partial sea view. The bedrooms and kitchens have balconies.

First floor Type B: One two-bedroomed apartment on the first floor with a balcony at the side of the building and views to the surrounding hills and traditional villages. The apartment has a balcony at one bedroom, a window at the second bedroom and a window at the kitchen.

Second floor Type A: Two two-bedroomed apartments on the second floor with balconies at the side and front of the building with full sea view. The bedrooms and kitchens have balconies.

Second floor Type B: One two-bedroomed apartment on the second floor with a balcony at the side of the building with partial sea view and views to the countryside. The apartment has a balcony at one bedroom, a window at the second bedroom and a window at the kitchen.

Each apartment has self-catering facilities: a kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, mini oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery and a dining area and a WC shower with hairdryer included. All bedrooms have twin beds, a wardrobe and dressing table and they are equipped with telephones, televisions, air-conditioning and safety deposit boxes.

Second floor Type A:One one-bedroomed apartment on the second floor with balcony at the side of the entrance with countryside view. The apartment has a large balcony at the bedroom and window at the kitchen.
Second floor Type B: One one-bedroomed apartment on the second floor with balcony at the side of the building with side sea view.
