Set on a perfect idyllic location, just a few metres from the sea, the Exarchou studios offer the ideal accommodation for a tranquil holiday. The recently renovated studios are fully furnished and equipped with Satellite TV and air-conditioning. Their utmost advantage is the direct views to the sea.

Accommodation for four persons

The door opens to an open plan area with the kitchen with a small dinning table, a fridge, a cooker and all appropriate cookware.

The main bedroom can sleep three people with two twin beds (or a double) and an extra third bed. There is an ample bed near the entrance door of the apartments that can accommodate the fourth person. There is a fully tiled bathroom with shower, w.c., a large basin and a hair dryer. The private balcony / veranda is equipped with table and chairs and overlooks the green surroundings, the Krouzeri beach and the sea horizon.

There is a spacious bedroom with two twin beds and an extra bed in the kitchen area that can accommodate an extra person. The private balcony has table and chairs offering wonderful views to the sea.
The property has an inviting garden with circular, Corfiot stone made pavements covering the olive trees, decorative flowers and benches for relaxing moments. The stone paved kiosk is an idyllic shelter throughout the day.

A barbeque is available for al fresco dinners with family and friends.

Location

Surrounded by olive groves, Krouzeri promises the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. It is a tranquil village, ideal for mixed age people, families, elderly couples and people who are attracted by the Greek simplicity.

Krouzeri is located on the northeast coast of Corfu Island and just 25km from Corfu Town.

Around Krouzeri area, there are a lot of picturesque bays with scenic coastal walks, such as Kaminaki, Agni and the beautiful horseshoe-shaped Kalami. In the other direction, you can reach Nissaki, Glyfa and Barbati.

Krouzeri beach is a pebbly and clean beach, awarded the Blue Flag of the European community. The beach is supplied with umbrellas and sun beds for rent. The visitors have the opportunity to enjoy their swimming or exploring the little coves around the area. It is ideal for the people who love snorkelling.

Krouzeri is a tranquil village. The Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a restaurant, bar and a swimming pool, open to the public. There are a couple of tavernas as well. Boat hire and water sports are available.

There is regular transportation by local bus from the main road. You can either go down the northeast coast ending in Corfu Town or up the northeast coast ending in the idyllic Kalami bay, the harbour resort of Kassiopi or Agios Stephanos.

Kaminaki
A beautiful small hamlet with a white pebble beach and two small tavernas. Ideal for snorkelling.

Agni
A small shingle beach with three tavernas and their wooden jetties for boats.

Kalami
One of the most well known horseshoe-shaped bays of Corfu. Kalami is heaven on earth!

Kerasia
Few villas and one taverna residing in this undeveloped but popular area. A nice stop for swimming and snorkelling. The way to Kerasia is through Ag. Stefanos.

Kassiopi:
A very popular and lively resort, with many bars, tavernas, restaurants, gift shops, supermarkets and A.T.M. machines. Place of archaeological interest as well. The beaches are very small and pebbled, and are hidden away around the headland.

Nissaki
The sleepy Nissaki village has just a sprinkling of tavernas and local shops. A small road reaches the exquisite, but tiny, white shingle coves. There are 2 small tavernas and an art shop on the beach.

Barbati
This resort is set along one road. It has numerous bars, tavernas, gift shops and supermarkets. The steep olive grove covered slopes of Mount Pantokrator, leads down to the beach.
Barbati beach is a long shingle beach, which offers safe and sheltered bathing, it also has a wide variety of Watersports available.

Ipsos
Surrounded by lush greenery of the hills and Pantokrator mountain, Ipsos is one of the liveliest resorts on Corfu, especially during the busy months of July and August. There is a long mixed shingle and sandy beach along the main road and opposite you will find, just a few tavernas, but plenty of bars and night clubs, fast food places, super markets, tourist shops and tourist offices.

Dassia:
a popular large resort with luxurious hotel units, shops, tavernas and bars. The beach is long and shingle, but in the clear waters becomes to sand.
